By downloading, installing, or using WDIL (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
WDIL records when you last did something. From the dates you log, it works out how often you usually do each thing and tells you when one of them is probably due again. You can also set a fixed interval yourself, in which case the App uses that instead.
Everything the App shows about timing is an observation drawn from your own entries. It is an estimate, not a schedule, and it can be wrong. WDIL is not a medical device, a therapeutic tool, or a substitute for professional advice, and it makes no claims about health outcomes or habit change.
You must be at least 13 years old to use WDIL. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under the age of 13, you may not use the App.
If you are between 13 and 18, we encourage you to review these terms with a parent or guardian.
WDIL does not require you to create an account. There is no username, email, or password.
All data is stored locally on your device. This includes the items you track, the dates you mark them done, any intervals you set, and your settings. WDIL does not collect, transmit, or store this data on any server.
The App uses RevenueCat, a third-party service, to validate purchases. RevenueCat assigns an anonymous identifier to your installation. This identifier is not linked to your name, email, or any personal information. For full details on what data is processed and how, see our Privacy Policy at the Privacy page.
WDIL is free to use for up to five items. Every feature works on the free tier: the rhythm the App notices, the statuses, the history, fixed intervals and reminders are all included. The only difference is how many items you can track.
A one-time purchase removes that limit. There is no trial and no subscription.
Declining or delaying the purchase never removes anything you have already logged. Items you created before any change to these limits remain yours to view, edit, and export.
The unlock is a single, non-recurring purchase made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. By buying it, you also agree to the terms of the applicable store.
No auto-renewal: the unlock does not renew and is not billed again. You will not be charged a second time.
Restore purchases: if you reinstall the App or switch to a new device, use Restore Purchases in Settings. The unlock is tied to the Apple Account or Google account that bought it.
Refunds: Apple and Google process all payments and handle all refunds. We cannot issue one directly. Request a refund through the App Store or Google Play. If you are a consumer in the European Union, your statutory rights, including any right of withdrawal, apply and are not affected by this paragraph.
Price: the price shown in the App comes from the store and includes any applicable tax. We may change the price of the unlock for future buyers; this never affects a purchase already made.
When using WDIL, you agree not to:
WDIL, including its design, code, content, and branding, is owned by the developer. This includes, without limitation, the WDIL name, the ring mark, and the visual design of the App. All rights are reserved. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The App includes third-party components used under their own licenses. Their notices are listed in full under Settings, in Open source licences.
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
WDIL does not guarantee that:
Reminders are handed to your device’s operating system to deliver. Whether and when they appear is decided by the platform, and can be affected by notification permissions, Do Not Disturb, battery optimisation, and how long the App has gone unopened. On Android they are scheduled inexactly by design, so the delivery time may shift. Do not rely on WDIL for anything where a missed or late reminder matters, including medication, medical appointments, legal or financial deadlines, or anything affecting safety.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of WDIL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the App.
The developer’s total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability under mandatory consumer protection laws of the European Union or Finland.
You can delete individual items, clear their history, or reset the App entirely from Settings. Uninstalling removes everything the App has stored on your device. Because nothing is kept on a server, this is permanent and cannot be undone by us. For details on deleting RevenueCat purchase data, see our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to discontinue the App or any of its features at any time. Because the unlock is a one-time purchase and not a subscription, no further charges can arise if we do.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
For material changes, we will provide notice through the App or on this website.
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or the App shall be resolved in the courts of Finland.
As a consumer in the European Union, you retain any mandatory consumer protection rights granted by the laws of your country of residence.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
Failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
